Terms of business

Diabolic servers offers services related to Game servers, Web hosting and Dedicated servers. Diabolic servers keeps right to suspend, limit or completely stop any user if following rules are not respected.

Game servers, Web hosting, Dedicated servers - terms of use

Account user is individual or/and company who purchased game server. The owner of account can not give any info to third party to avoid any possible damage and if this is the case Diabolic Servers is not liable.

Forbidden!

Diabolic Servers strongly forbids following:

1. Illegal materials of any kind protected by law or any illegal materials obtained in unlawful manner. Diabolic Servers is not liable for any damage due to use of illegal materials.
2. Any kind of materials that damage any religious or human rights
3. 'Warez', software, ROMS, emulators, hacking instructions, password cracking or IP spoofing and etc.
4. Any kind of illegal activities
5. Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated by users and guests on the forums, support tickets or phone. Any violation of this policy will result in a suspension of site access or such other action as may be reasonably required by the Company to ensure compliance. In addition, you are not entitled to make comments with regard to the Company's operation in any media or forum.
6. Diabolic-Servers strongly forbids any kind of resale of its servers or any kind of marketing material of another company unless there is a written and valid contract between parties with Diabolic Servers.
Diabolic Servers keeps the right to delete and/or remove such a contest from servers without prior notice and/or suspend temporarily and/or permanently such account from use despite the length of service previously paid.

Payment options

Game servers have an option of purchasing for the following length of time: 1/3/6/12/24 months.

Payment can be done only with verified credit cards ( in HRK or EUROS) via pay pal or via bank transfer ( only HRK).
After money has been transferred into our account server will be activated. Servers are active only after the payment has been received!
After subscribed period is over and owner did not pay renewal that has been sent as renewal reminder 5-7 days before, service will be disabled.

Cancellation policy

All game servers have minimum of 1 month subscription. Potential user can test in advance public servers before making a purchase. Our cancellation policy states there is a non-refundable fee paid unless server was off line and only days off line will be refunded.

Responsibility

Diabolic Servers is not responsible for any damage on date files if those are made by external users and not Diabolic Servers employees. After damage has been reported we will do all we can to repair in the most effective way.

Third-Party Sites

Our web site may include links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by online merchants and other third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any third-party site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those third-party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Your use of those third-party sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of each site, and we are not responsible therein. We encourage all Members to review said privacy policies of third-parties sites.

Change of terms

Diabolic Servers reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at web site. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.
